Tower 42

The previous highest skyscraper in London, Tower 42, still stands tall in London's square-mile. For this project, we were tasked with capturing the grandeur of the mid-century design icon and a handful of selected local amenities.

Set against the epic scale of Soho Place’s construction, the film blends sound, movement and material to acknowledge the many hands involved in bringing the building to life. As the culmination of the series, it offers a quiet study of craft, coordination, and the creation of a new landmark for the city.
